3. Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess the essential qualifications from a recognized University as detailed below or equivalent.

3	Executive Officer Grade-II in T.S. Endowments Sub-Service	A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. Note: Candidates shall profess Hindu Religion under sub section (4) of Section 29 of the A.P.C. & H.R.I. and Endowments Act 30/87.
4	Assistant Development Officer in T.S. Handlooms and Textiles Sub Service	A Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University in India established or incorporated by or under Central Act, Provincial Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the U.G.C. or an equivalent qualification. (OR) Must posses a Diploma in Textile Technology or a Diploma in Handloom Technology issued by the A.P. State Board of Technical Education or an equivalent qualification.
